Spring walks

Walking with my children is one of my favourite experiences.

Most spring evenings we head out after dinner for a walk. Daddy sometimes joins us. All three older children have scooters which accelerate down the many hills. The baby hangs in her stroller.

Now that the snow is almost gone, my kids can run full tilt in the park. The baby giggles while she swings really high. We play tag. I realized last night that I cannot catch my youngest son in a full out sprint. I need to work on that.

We return home most nights winded, a little chilly and perfectly content, making it easy to shower and roll into bed soon thereafter. Spring walks rock.
