The Sweet Smell of Sweat

Sweating is good for you.

A recently released study indicated that if you sweat from exercise, you have a significantly reduced rate of suffering a heart attack than for those who exercise moderately and rarely sweat. I never set out with the objective of sweating, but when I am working hard at something I enjoy, like basketball, I naturally start to sweat.

My children sweat profusely when they play hockey. All of their gear is rank and I can smell their socks from pretty much the moment they walk in the door, no matter where I am in the house. Our laundry machine works nightly.

I have to assume due to the stench that they are incredibly healthy.
