Our Own Produce

I had the tastiest romaine lettuce last night, grown from our children's garden.

It was delicious. There is nothing better than fresh picked vegetables from your own garden. I am looking forward to making another type of salad tonight with the lettuce. It is perfect right now, crisp and leafy. Although the children are not yet eating lettuce, they are very proud that their produce has made its way onto the dinner table. That is a start.
