Bird Fever

Everyone everywhere is wearing Blue Jay apparel.

The last time the Jays won the World Series, I was newly moved to Toronto. I remember walking up Yonge Street after the game and the after-party. The subway had stopped running for the night. We crashed at my husband's work until morning because there were no cabs.

Notwithstanding the first two games, I am hoping for a repeat .
