Maple syrup...with pancakes...

My mom was born in Quebec. Quebec makes 72% of the world's maple syrup. Her relatives provide her with this fabulously sweet stuff. Every weekend we make a double batch of oatmeal pancakes using her recipe and her Quebec syrup. The kids love their weekend breakfasts.

We could have them everyday if only researchers would find that sugar really is good for you...
