Bubble Soccer

Most days I feel younger than my years.

Today is not one of those days. On Saturday, a rare day without any hockey, the kids convinced me it would be fun to play bubble soccer, something I had never heard of up to that point in my life. So I dutifully found a place in Vaughan, www.atbubblesoccer.ca, and we went for the 3 pm game.

The concept is that you try to play soccer and score on a net while being encased in a large bubble with opague plastic in the front. The kids and I played against four adults, two men and two women. It was quite hilarious; we all had a good time; and we held out own against the other team, all things considered. All good...

Then I woke up yesterday...ouch, ow, ouch, ow, ouch...I can still feel every knock down, every whiplash, every jolt, every jam, every time I walk.
